Please understand that processing time takes 1-10 days. Special orders may need more time.

We gladly accept return, exchanges, and cancellations.
Each pieces is handcrafted with attention to detail and has a unique style.
If for any reason you have an issue with your item(s), Please contact me within 7 days of receiving it and ship items back within 30 days.
Please notify us within 24 hours in case of cancellation.
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
SPECIAL ORDERS
If you do not see the Washi paper of your choice on any of my Washi jewelry, or would like to request a specific stone color on my other jewelry designs, please feel free to contact me. l would like to accommodate your request as much as possible.
